Honesty over upsell
Every service starts with a brief consultation to make sure we’re on the same page before we begin.

24-Hours Cancellation
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows may incur a 50% fee.

Deposit for Long Services
Services over 2 hours may require a deposit to hold your appointment. Applied toward your total.

Arrive 10 min early
First-time clients — arriving a few minutes early lets us chat through your goals without rushing.

Gratuity not included
Tipping is appreciated but never required. Cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle are all accepted.

Kids & guests welcome
Bringing a child or a friend? Let us know in advance so we can set up the space comfortably.
