NeuroTango®
Balance, movement and joy, set to tango music
A fun, holistic movement and music therapy using simple steps from Argentine tango.
What it is
Therapy that feels like dancing
NeuroTango® uses simple steps and techniques taken from Argentine tango. Studies have shown tango can help people living with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and stroke recovery.
It has been effective in preventing falls, improving balance and creating more fluid movement. Participants also enjoy a better mood and an overall sense of wellbeing.
